I had a similar problem with a male bullmastiff, oor situation was not quite to the severity as you have described, but similar. --Anyhow, we began accupuncture treatment! And it has made a world of difference. Accupuncture treatments,a natural diet food (Wellness is the brand) along with the fish oil capsules seems to have done the trick for us.
