Rescue kitten dying, 5 antibiotics, getting anemic, help

I rescued a kitten from a burned out shell of a house. He had a terrible URI. Been on 5 different antibiotics, cold getting a little better, but gums are white & acts sicker than ever. Been tested for FIV&AIDS, neg. Cultured, staph & strep. On Cephlexin now, but seems worse. Eyes dilated constantly. Seems like losing vision. 2 large hot spots, healing w/ Otomax. ANYONE!!!PLEASE HELP!!! Running out of $$, and George is fading fast!
