I don't have the info you were asking for, but have you tried the medication listed below? I found this site online. My father-in-laws 9yr old German Shepherd was diagnosed with DM last summer. She could barely walk and was dragging her hind legs and cutting up her rear paws pretty badly. He started her on this med around Sept. and over the winter she has almost completely regained control over her back legs. She has a slight limp on some days, but can climb stairs and jump up using only her hind legs. Before she couldn't even get up one step. Not sure how long this will last, but we look at every day as a blessing.
