My 11 Yr. old Akita-Lab mix is recently Dx. with Diabetes. Her blood sugar is a whopping 412!!! and after 6 days on 6 units of Insulin a day it has not come down...Any info & support would be helpful. She is blind with cataracts now- seems like her "old-self" during the day- but very tired & sad in the evening...Any suggestions??? Thanks from tobiwan & katy
