First of all, remove the manure from his corral area if at all possible. Pile it up into one area and throw a tarp over it if you can't remove it. (It will become great fertilizer in about a month - use it on your trees and flowers).
Second, feed your horse a probiotic that will rebalance the bacteria in his gut. I recommend one that is available on the website: chamisaridge.com
