If you really want a cure -

Inject umbilical stem cells in the blood stream.
Sound far fetched - My wife is cured of a worse problem (fatal ie - no chance). I could not get medical help. Obviously not FDA approved

Take an umbilical cord from same species and insert it over a test tube so that the tube scapes the inside of the cord. Push the tube all of the way through. Centrifuge (7500rpm) for 7 min. The top two layers are blood- discard. Filter (coarce). Inject the remainder in to an artery. Repeat annually.
