i'm looking for a healthways western plainsman. i got one for xmas in 63, and still have it..however it no longer works. there were two models of the western..a spring powered version with 2 power settings and a gas powered model with the Co2 cartridge in the handle. mine is the spring powered model..i see the other plainsman for sale occasionally on ebay...but not the western 45 model..any idea what one of these is worth ?? thanks..pj

To one of you experts, I have the western model 45 Plainsman .177 BB Co2 powered. It's in very good to excellent condition, a tiny bit of paint wear on the tip of the barrel and very little on the left side edge of cylinder. This gun looks almost new. What would be a fair value if I want to sell it? Does anyone know about when it was made? I have the serial number will that help? Serial # 1213153.

George.....The Healthways western plainsman co2 & spring powered pistols were made a short time in 1963. I have a very nice spring model.
