hi, I have a daisy defender 142 bb gun. 141
with factory stamp over the 1 with a 2 making it the 142 model, forced feed is also marked out on it
with approx. 30 vertical lines. its in excellent shape for
its age. complete working gun [missing the sling] can you tell me approx. what its worth? thanks
The gun would have a value of approx. $75. to $100. again depending on the actual condition. I have both of these guns, but I have an interest in this particular model and would like to see pictures if you have an interest in selling.
Thanks. you can e-mail me at bangpla@aol.com

In the fourth Edition of the Blue Book of Airguns the Model 141 gives a value of $100 for a 95% gun. The Model 142 at $125. also at 95%. I don't know about you, but I do not see any guns better than 95%. I'm not looking for a "Steal" as Janson indicated. In fact I'm selling more guns than I am buying and I sure don't get better prices than this. Just because it was an overstamp does not mean it is more valuable than the other two guns.
