For all you plinkers out there, who enjoy real true fun, and enjoyment. Hitting a bull's eye at 25 feet with a hand gun, co2, is not an easy chore. However, with plenty of practice, one can master it. IN less then three weeks I have done so, and getting better and better everyday. Using a PT80, pellet, Walther ppk, Walther CP99, Pro 77, or my lastest, Desert Eagle,I can pop the Bull's eye nearly every time. Rapid fire is not so good. I have found the Walther CP99 is the very best out of my collection, however the Desert eagle is no slump either. Would highy recommend any of these CO2, blowback handguns, for the serious plinker, who enjoys shooting profection. Wish to say, this is without aiming either. Dixie Sage
If like me, you can't shoot a gun out back (without getting arrested) airguns are excellent for getting and keeping in shape. (and a lot of fun too).
With the cost of ammo these days it is a lot easier on the checkbook too.

When you live in the city as I do, it is very dangerous to be shooting outside. I have a 10 meter range in my basement set up. Used a deer hunting bale, with a 3/4 inch sheet of playwood applied to it. Then went over that with a 3/4 sheet of cardboard, which I put targets on. All my handguns are 177, and below 450 PSI, CO2. I have shot my rifles down there before also, but most ar 22 and kinds make a mess of the cardboard, as they are a great deal more powerfull. Plinking is fun, and relaxes me. I had to put up a set of yard lights on the celling for lightage. Works out real well. Do alot of practicing also with Pro Championship 10 meter rifle, as we have a club here for that every winter. Never got past fouth, but getting better every year. Have fun, and enjoy PLINKING. Dixie
