Good luck with that!! There is no federal law involving BB guns. They are not considered a firearm. They can be mailed or shipped anywhere in the U.S. The only hangup is state and local law. You would literally have to know every state and local statute to know if it is OK to ship to a buyer. Generally speaking it is ignored.

Check with your local post office , UPS OR FedEx agencies; BB guns are not firearms so they are not restricted.

not compleetly true wen a airgun exceeds 1000fps or sumthing like that in certain states it is considered a firearm had that happen in il a while back but no no real laws

In the People's Democratic Republic of Illinois airguns over 700 fps OR larger than .177 are firearms.

I am not sure how (or if) cork, paintball guns......are exempt).

So much for gun control being about crime, it is only about CONTROL.

There are a number of states and in some states specific areas that strictly forbids the shipping of airguns, bb guns to them.You can not send air pistols or bb pistols through the US post office.Some indepent ups and fedex mail drops will refuse to send any kind of gun.
