Response to Organization on a budget?
I'm not totally sure what you need to organize, but I can mention 2 online resources that I've found helpful for keeping track of stuff. One, I love google calendars -- free to anyone with a gmail account, and what I really like is that you can set up calendars for different things -- I've got one for my work schedule, one for my personal life, and one for our extended families' events -- view them all at once (or not) with events showing up in different colors -- and share them with other people (who have gmail accounts) or not, as you see fit. Another is RemembertheMilk.com, which you can basically set up as an online "to do" list (or series of lists). I don't end up using that one much, but if I had a smartphone I might use it more often. And even given that I don't actually use it for everything and this wasn't its intended purpose, I find it helpful for keeping "spreadsheet" sorts of lists ("Stuff to pack for soccer games" "Beach trip" and so forth).
