mostly i just enjoy that you see me as someone into serious working out! yes, this is what i did with my trainer one day for our workout. my core was very sore from it, but not so much my other muscles. but the core felt great. i'm sure all of the muscles would get into it as i got more used to it, how much to push, how to adjust, etc. maybe i'll ask him to do more days with me on it...
