This is remarkable given the amount of definitely fattening (cream puffs, tons of avocado, NY steaks, potato/mac salad, etc.) that I've been eating over the past couple weeks.
Walking the new dog between 3/4 and 3 miles per day probably helps. Also, trying to low carb when it doesn't interfere with the potato salad and cream puff leftovers. . .

I wish I could report your steady and hugely noticeable results. I do want to reset my set point to below 120 one of these days. . .
