I've been watching what I eat, and it's starting to show, on my clothes if not the scale, as I've been eating up a lot of compliments lately. Quite tasty and satisfying!

My plan:
Weight Watchers
TRX twice a week
spinning twice a week
exercise bike at home twice a week
I want to lose ten pounds by the end of September, but I'm not sure I can do it.
