I haven't been very active on the board lately, but I am staying active in the rest of my life, lol. I know focusing on a specific weight loss number on the scale is not the best strategy for everyone, but right now it's what I want to do and I'm committed to losing ten pounds by Christmas. I could use a buddy if anyone is interested. I'd be up for a weekly post again if others want to do that, but I'd also be interested in taking it off the board for a daily email accountability check if anyone else is similarly inclined. My plan is to lose a significant amount of weight and build up even more muscle mass as a sort of "reverse cushion"--if I really do have MS, I want to be in a good position if my activity level ends up compromised at some point. I am still waiting to be seen by neurologists and a probable spinal tap to confirm diagnosis. I've had a couple of boo hooey days, but mostly I'm just carrying on business as usual and enjoying life.
I hope everyone is well and has gotten rid of any extra Halloween candy and told their kids to hide theirs!
intense 45 minutes on exercise bike at home five days a week
intense 1 hour TRX class twice a week
intense 1 hour spinning class once a week
Eat to lose weight. I know what that should look like.
