yikes, so sorry you are going through this. Can you maneuver a wheelchair in the house? You can rent a small one that holds your ankle up and then you can get around. I would also try to get out of your room, move to the couch for change in scenery and then you can hang and watch tv with your 4 y/o and give DH a break. I wouldn't be able to handle two weeks in bed, no way. You are going to have become creative in ways to keep your ankle up and still move a little to take care of things. Hang in there
