Regarding the lips, my immediate thought is to put on aquaphor often and maybe even pick up some hydrocortisone 1% ointment (make sure it is ointment) to put on twice a day to clear it up. How to stop the licking is a good question, she may not like the taste of the hydrocortisone, that could potentially help. Is she nervous/anxious about anything? Or did her lips dry out and then nee that cycle starts it can be hard to break the licking...?maybe Not great advice, hopefully someone else will be more helpful.
