The cousins and aunts never visit, unless there's something like a funeral or wedding. BIL, fil, dh's sister, and mil came to dd's funeral. The aunt 90 miles away came, too. The cousins came to our wedding. One of them lives 90 miles away and has friends in the next town from us. And when her Detroit sisters come down, with or without kids, they don't include me. I wonder if it's because we disagree strongly on politics and religion. Maybe there's some other reason they don't like me and I don't even know what it is. Or they're just too bonded to each other to include an in-law.
