"Cut taxes, cut spending, cut taxes, cut spending, cut taxes, cut spending." This is the conservative mantra.
But does cutting taxes and spending REALLY help the economy, or does it mearly help the wealthy, and the multi-$million corporations? My guess is it's the latter.

My guess is it would probably help the economy as a whole and therefore ultimately help all income groups. Even though certain corporations would gain immensily from such a reduction in taxes, I think the the lower income groups would ultimately gain the most from the improved economic enviornment.
