i was wondering if communism can have control and terror. because, it seems that the only way to achieve these goals is to scare people into believing in communism. and if communismis to happen i think we should start doing something.

Communism does not need terror to exist. The problem was that the older states were weak. And weak states need terror, for that is the only way to hold power. They were not true communists. They were impure. Thus having to rely on the terror to control the masses. Pure communism needs not primative forms of persuasion to mantain their sovereignty. Pure communism is perfect.

Which goals? The goals of communism are not to scare or control but to liberate the people from the oppression of all ruling-classes.

Well I think that the problem here is the phrasing of the question.
Communism does not need control or terror, because Communism is an
ideal society, where class bounderies have been defeated, as has the need for a controlling government.
Now, the true road to Communism is something that we have yet to find. Though I believe that society will inevitably move toward such a utopian existance, we are far from it. Terrororizing as well as tight control over daily life does seem to be one way to heard the masses into the appropriate direction, but it is not a viable long term solution. Communism cannot be forced onto a society that is not ready to embrace it.

Terror is a necessary part of the revolution. Terror against the Capitalist class, terror so that they run in fear and cowardice... they must be silenced.

Terror is needed to to supress the bourgeoi$ terror in the real world. But unlike the evil terror that the few put on the many, this will be the many on the few, and those few have proved themselves to be vile and repulsive. So if by terror you mean a state of moral laxness that involves all men being afraid of their brother Man, than no.
