Recently I received an e-mail poem titled "I got Your Back" from who I thought was an anonymous Naval Chaplain. I have since learned it was written by the wife of a green beret currently serving IN Iraq.

I was tremendously moved by the simple words and sentiments and their genuine honesty. I picked up my guitar that night and wrote "I Got Your Back", which I subsequently had professionally recorded in Nashville.

I am selling recording of the song for $10 at www.IGotYourBackUSA.com with net proceeds being donated to the American Veterans (Am Vets). You can hear a clip of the song, see the original poem, see he new lyrics, as well as send a personal message that will make its way to a member of the armed forces.

During this time, and for many many years the members, families and veterans of the armed forces have taken care of us and our freedoms. This is an opportunity to say in a very small way "I got YOUR back".

P.S. If you like the song. . . please feel free to forward notice about this song and site to as many people as you can!
