THE WORLD COURT IS NOW IN SESSION!

On the 11th of April, the World Court became a reality. A many-armed beast like the legendary kraken, its tentacles will extend into every nation and into the lives of every man. The all-powerful body will officially be open for business in July.
Called the International Criminal Court, the permanent tribunal was put in place by the United Nations with the vote of 60 countries without the ratification of these United States; however, both we and every other nation, whether they signed on to it or not, are theoretically bound by its dictates. Supposedly, the ICC is to prosecute "crimes against humanity", "gross human rights abuses", and undefined "crimes of aggression". Apparently, the criminality of any such acts (which could be virtually anything under such broad definitions) is to be decided solely by the judges themselves, or by the UN which is the only body able to bring charges on behalf of another nation.
What will this court do? Let's look at what the UN special courts have already done.
They have already interfered in the Italian legal system, in an on-going political scandal trial of a former Prime Minister. Their witch-hunt against Serbs in general and Miloscevic in particular is well-known to all; here are some of the provisions that they have forced upon the Serbs in this "test case":
That government and law enforcement cooperate fully with the tribunal;
That they allow the tribunal to open offices in their sovereign territory
That they can conduct criminal investigations, collect evidence, and review all domestic legal documents in their sovereign territory;
That a citizen found not guilty in a domestic proceeding must be turned over to the tribunal for retrial upon demand for the same offence;
That they can interrupt domestic trials or execution of sentences upon demand;
That the tribunal may issue arrest warrants that local authorities are compelled to execute;
That tribunal authorities may take part in all phases of domestic investigations upon demand;
That domestic authorities carry out all investigator functions upon demand;
That domestic authorities allow the tribunal to transport any witnesses, suspects, or defendants through its sovereign territory;
That Tribunal judges, prosecutors, registrars, and employees enjoy full diplomatic immunity;
That the statute of the tribunal is automatically superior to any national law;
And that any citizen demanded by the court be turned over automatically, and transported to the designated area by domestic law enforcement.
Further, any person tried under the ICC will not have any of the Constitutional protections provided by their own countries, but will be wholly subject to those set forth by the regulations governing the tribunal or by the tribunal itself. There is also little doubt that the ICC will become the enforcement arm to ensure the collection of taxes and dues demanded by its parent organization, the United Nations.
The jurisdiction of the International Criminal Court is not limited to international matters; it can, at its discretion, make charges related to internal, domestic affairs in any country. Consider the liberal, egalitarian, unGodly, and perverse stances taken by the ICC's governing body, the UN, it does not stretch the imagination to see them regulating every aspect of our governments, our society, our economy, and our religion.
This is intolerable, and it should not be tolerated - indeed, it MUST NOT be tolerated. The Southern Party hereby condemns without reservation the International Criminal Court as a cancer on the face of liberty. We call upon every citizen and every elected official, local, state, and federal, to reject it, obstruct it, resist it, and refuse any cooperation with it whatsoever. We ask that legislation be passed in both Washington and in every sovereign Southern State defining it as treason, specifically subject to the ultimate penalty, for any person or group within the boundaries of these sovereign states who aids the International Criminal Court within our borders, That any incursion by officials or designees of the International Criminal Court attempting to force the will of that body within the borders of these Southern States be considered an armed invasion; and that the removal of any citizen of any of these sovereign Southern States against his will be considered an act of war, and responded to accordingly with all the forces at our command.
