Abraham Lincoln And The New World Order
While I normally do not engage in book reviews, I recently had the blessed good fortune to come upon an outstanding exception, one that I earnestly hope all true Southern patriots throughout Dixie will purchase, read and act upon as their individual conscience directs them. I am referring to the volume entitled When In The Course of Human Events, written by the noted taxation expert Charles Adams. To briefly describe the book is to say that it is a compact treatise filled with hard-hitting truths, truths made especially bitter by the tragic events of 11 September 2001 and the subsequent rise of blind patriotic hysteria among well-intentioned Southerners who might otherwise have joined the ranks of the Southern Party in support of the lawful restoration of their true constitutional home, the brutally subjugated Confederate States of America.
Mr. Adams presents his eloquent and thought-provoking scholarship in an easily accessible format geared to both the academic and general reader alike, making sure to lay proper emphasis on both the legitimate root causes of the conflict in tandem with each of Lincoln's constitutional excesses and outright heinous criminal acts at every step along the way so that by the end the reader is confronted with the politically incorrect, albeit distressing, knowledge that the name of the Great Emancipator should once again be an obscene epithet in the pathetically sanitized South of today in categorical opposition to the demigod of Yankee myth.
Mr. Adams convincingly demolishes two of the most erroneously cherished golden calfs handed down as gospel since Appomatox: namely, Lincoln as Martyred Liberator and Lincoln as American Statesman par excellence. As for the first, Honest Abe could not have cared less regarding the sociopolitical fortunes of the Black man, since his obsessive preoccupation during the war remained the forced reintegration of the seceded states under Yankee hegemony strictly for Yankee profit and plunder (the ultimate outcome of the war in any case!) It is to be hoped that most Americans today realize that the convenient and well-calculated crusade to free the slaves from their fetters came about at roughly the midpoint of the war, and then only to eliminate the admittedly slim, though decisive, possibility of European intervention on the side of the Confederates. The alienation of England and France Lincoln ultimately achieved with the hallowed Emancipation Proclamation, that same sacrosanct document that Mr. Adams exposes as a cynically hollow sham. The Black man was used in essence as a seamless political camouflage to hide Lincoln's one overriding objective: submission of the sovereign Southern states to a ruthless Federal authority. With reference to the second, Mr. Adams brings to light numerous and monstrous instances of Lincoln's blatant disregard for, and disavowal of, constitutional procedure and principle, including but not limited to, the suspension of the writ of habeas corpus by means of which imprisonment without trial is forbidden, creation without congressional consent of the illegal political entity known as West Virginia, suppression of free speech at both the individual level and within the press, the wholesale arrest of Maryland legislators for their courageous stand in defense of the newly independent Confederacy and last and perhaps most shockingly of all, the contemplated arrest of the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court as a direct result of his,Justice Taney's, unequivocal opposition to Lincoln's various totalitarian schemes and grand imperialistic design! PC history, by virtue of its dangerously flawed design, has repeatedly overlooked, and indeed enshrined, Lincoln's caesarian arrogance to the detriment of all truly free Southern Americans, the numbers of which continue their sad decline with the passing of each generation victimized by the Yankee smokescreen of factual misinformation, not to mention the omnipresent Big Brother of today's insidious New World Order!
And what, you may at this point wonder, was the War for Southern Independence really all about?! Quite simply in Mr. Adams's view, the Almighty Dollar. The election of the sectional (that is to say, Northern) candidate Abraham Lincoln to the U.S. presidency in 1860 was the last straw for the majority of Southern leaders who were no longer willing to sit back and allow the continued economic exploitation of their land as a defenseless cash cow at the hands of money-worshipping Wall Street plutocrats and their allied New England commercial interests.
All of which brings me to the harsh facts of our present situation vis a vis the existence of terrorism on American soil and our response to such fanatic dangers. It has hopefully become increasingly evident amidst all of the obligatory flag-waving and bumper-sticker patriotism that the same crimes committed by Lincoln in the name of indissoluble union have once again begun to rear their ugly heads courtesy of Dictator Ashcroft and his brainwashed minions at the Justice Department, whereby no lawful dissent and intelligent discourse on the issues affecting the lives of millions of Southern Americans must be granted expression due to homeland security! Those churches of a professed fundamentalist faith must of necessity be brought in line with the spiritually impoverished message of mainstream Christian belief or else face Federal persecution and worse, again to safeguard the homeland! The sinister specter of alphabet soup globalism spearheaded by that most un-American of international institutions, the United Nations, will, if left unchecked, make the worst of Lincoln's many wartime atrocities appear toothless in comparison!, a merciless viper in the guise of a peace-loving lamb!
Now, more than at any other time in American history, the cold facts and cruel figures need to be exposed and the consequent lessons learned if indeed the uniquely American vision of limited government and untrammeled freedom that is the brave legacy of our founders is to survive the ravages of this demonic age bent on its insatiable lust and illicit gain! Now, more than even during her first and tragically unsuccessful bid for national autonomy, Dixie with her true sons and daughters must initially bear the burden of charting her own independent course that she might thereby enjoy the fruits of her ultimate blessing!
