Steve Sailer has done some digging and it seems like this table is fake.

i have found im nowhere near what some people have so where do you get it? ive done all the races on tatooine...so where do iget some money?

Those top states are very small states, they probly dont have that many school districts, and the ones they have are probbly well funded schools. The Bigger the state the higher chance you have of having school that are not fully funded, or just not good at providing for the students in thier academic's, thus having a lower IQ rate. Now if all the states were the same size in population and size, then your conclusion may be valid.
