I once again cross referenced the Report 655 (fiscal year 2003)(www.pmtdc.org) by the US with the United States' own human rights report ( http://www.state.gov/g/drl/rls/hrrpt/2003/) and once again the United States government to sell military equipment to governments who violate the human rights of their people, and shows the world just how much the US government cares about the human rights of the people of the world.
