I am interested in an overall analysis, or at least experienced impression of the residential real estate market in Rio now, especially Ipanema. I will be in Ipanema soon to inspect an apartment very close to the beach, Posto 9, and although I am familiar with the current comparable asking prices (OGLOBO classifieds, etc.), I have not a clue about current liquidity, etc....who's got the advantage right now ? Buyers or sellers ? Any feedback would be appreciated.
