I am doing fine, but got a little flu, hence taking it easy for a couple of days. There is a lots of dengue going around. Beaches are crowded with the bodies of the tourists... Some of them are still
moving :))).

The place is not currently rented, I am still living here. It will not have any problems to be rented out. To give you an idea, you can rent this great three-bedroom/three-bathroom furnshed oceanview
apartment with maid service for less then semi-****ty hotel room. Considering that you get additional flexibility, no taxes, no surcharges, and discounts for longer stay... You will end up with a
waiting list for the place.
The apartment even with 40% occupancy can generate about 12K per year.

Boris, I take it you're NOT selling the other place--the one you lease out...correct? I'm already making plans for another trip later this year and would love to stay in the apartment again.

Boris, how's life? thanks for limiting the number of emails that I was getting. although I do miss reading all the messages it was becoming a full-time job! any way is this 3 bedroom in Cop cabaña still on the market for $160,000? just curious. what about the new

THe life is good, thank you. I am heading back home to Rio on Friday ... then life would become even better...
The three bedroom is still on the market, but I am playing passive-aggressive dodging a few active offers. My feeling is that Copa is on the way back up as a top RE location and consequently the prices
are going up significantly, hence I am not in the hurry to sell.
The Web Site is in the works. I was too busy and didn;t get a chance to touch base with Daniel about the status of the project. I am going to get on his case on Saturday.

Boris, I was reading your last email about your condo is it the one with the pics on this site. The 160,000 is that dollars or reals? I was hoping to get together when I come down and talk about Rio Real
Estate maybe if a couple places are available I could look at them..
