Is it true there are a lot of women there? I keep hearing this, but the census only cites 100k more women than men.

It also cites 300k more women than men in Rio and 400k more women than men in Sao Paulo.

Not really. That's 400k out of how many millions? 20? Spread out over a monstrously large city. Plus, most of the 400k may be old, too young or married. So if you look at the young single group of women, there are probably more men than women given the large numbers of men who go to Sao Paulo for work.

Hmmm seems like there might be women there in search of men. I've an email pal from there. A Lawyer. She's very cute. I just wondered what sort of folks live there. Any of the crime and stuff that you'd find in Rio, Sao areas. I've also seen escourt types from there very , very attractive. With all the economic problems of the entire area. Would now be a good time to move there. Also, is it a good place to settle down with one babe? And for Boris...what of the Real Estate there. I can't find any on the web. Any thoughts?

RE coverage in Belo Horizonte will be taking part in our expansion thrust, hopefully within a few months. So far we havenīt been able to locate any local trustworthy RE brokers.

The character of the Mineiro is different from the Carioca. Belo Horizonte is not an international city like RJ or SP. `O Mineiro come quieto`.

Hey, glad to hear from you guys. My friend mentioned that Buzios was a wonderful place to visit and/or live. Any Real Estate from that area? Every thing I've noticed there was 600k and up. Anything around 200k? It's someplace I'd like to retire to. Any sites?

Buzios is a vacation town about 2 1/2 hours from Rio. It is busstling during the high season and sort off dies off for the rest of the year.

It is kind of expensive. Equivalent or better properties are available at much lower prices in neighboring towns. Thatīs about as much as I am able to tell you now. We have no reliable RE contacts there as of now.
