And my question is what kind of homeowner insurance if any do landlords have on there homes in Brazil. Here in the states if a tenant gets injured on the property he may sue? Doe's Brazil have this '"sue happy" attitude and if so I would suspect landlords to have some type of insurance. I really wanted this question on the board as it was not discussed up to this point.

Brazil doesn´t have the ´sue happy´ attitude, at least not in respect to injuries sustained while on someone´s property.

Few people here carry Home Owner Insurance never mind liability or any other kind of property protection.
