You might want to consult your lawyer on this issue. I think that you are correct about some funds having to be shown in Brazil.
If youŽve signed your BUY contract, it is important that all communication between you and the seller (realtor) takes place in writing establishing the papertrail that you might use (if necessary) to show that youŽve been willing and able to complete the transaction, but that youŽd been prevented by unreasonable (and potentially illegal) requests by the seller.
