Hi Boris, I'm a new subscriber and have been having a few problems logging on (or at least being recognized as being logged on). Even when I log on appropriately, my "login status" states "You are not logged in." Is there another step I must perform?

Also, when I try to change my password, iot does not allow me to do the same. Any suggestions?

I think it is a browser problem. I´ve been having this same issue with my Firefox on and off.

What browser(s) are you using?

We´ve disabled the password change by users. WHat is your login? I can change the password for you and e-mail you the new login setup.
