Thank you Chubinho for your advice.I will do what you said.I want to ask you one more question :the needed documents can be legalized by our embassy in Brazil and then translated by a public notary there,in case I don't have time to go to the embassy of Brazil in my country ?

No. It has nothing to do with your embassy or any one else's embassy. Embassies deal with foreign policy, trade etc. This is a consular matter and you have to do this at the Brazilian Consulate based in your country (and not your country's consulate in Brazil!!). You can send the documents by post if you prefer not to go in person - you can inquire about this on the website but you'll have to pay in advance and use a registered postal service as the documents are very important
