Recently I attempted to send some money to a friend in Salvador
using Moneygram and was informed by them that the Brazilian
government was not allowing money to be sent in from California.
I also tried Western Union and they pretty much said the same thing but did not indicate that this was California specific.
Anybody have any idea on what this is all about? Also, any ideas
on how to send small amounts of money using some other method?
