MelodicRock.com report that guitarist Jeff Northrup (JK NORTHRUP) was in touch following the conclusion of the recent XYZ U.S. tour.
Jeff was forced to sit out the final week of the trek, and explains why in the following statement: “I broke my right hand in New Jersey on the 16th and couldn't finish the tour... fffuuuccckkkkk! It was awesome while it lasted though.
A local player from NJ was hired to finish the final week. I am back in LA now... typing with my left hand... ssuckkkssss!"
Jeff broke his band when the crew was loading out, finding it caught in between two road cases and in Jeff's words, "the road cases won."
Northrup (www.jknorthrup.com) is currently writing new material and will be doing some mastering jobs for bands in the coming months.
