Meet timexx DECEMBER 2 2006 at Trail of Tears Memorial Walk at the Trail Of Tears State Park in Jackson, Mo. Trail Hike, Candlelight Vigil, and Silent Moment of Reflection. Join Timexx and Park Staff for this commemorative walk along a secition of the Trail Of Tears, a trail taken by Cherokee indians in the forced march to the west. The one-mile round trip walk will gofrom the park's Wescoat Shelter to the Bushyhead Memorial along Moccasin Springs Road. Meet at the Wescoat Shelter at 4pm.
