I have been running mine for over 40 years
with only the odd tube replaced. Rugged built set.
By the way, this rcvr was used on the AC/TCA
"North Star" aircraft on their Trans At. runs
using the companion Bendix TA12 transmitter, back
in the mid 40's-50's. I know and talked with
flight Radio Operators that used them.
