English teachers are invited to apply for the Main IPA branch in Riyadh or the smaller branches in Jeddah and Dammam. There is also a branch for women in Riyadh.

The Institute of Public Administration (IPA) is a Saudi government-funded organization founded to develop and maintain the public administration system. Part of the mission of the Institute is to provide training for young Saudi men and women in both the public and private sectors. The English Language Center (ELC) is responsible for maintaining an intensive one year English program that all incoming students must successfully complete before going on to a regular certificate or diploma program. We seek teachers with an MA in TEFL/TESL or Applied Linguistics or, in lieu of that, a BA in ESL with a minimum of three years full time ESL teaching experience. Salary: $2093-$3026, based on experience. Overtime (beyond the 22 contact hours per week) reimbursed at $33/hour. Benefits: Free furnished housing, 45-day paid vacation, time off for Ramadan and Hajj holidays, private offices with personal computers and free Internet access and round-trip transportation.

For further information, go to the IPA website at http://www.ipa.edu.sa which will open in Arabic. Click on 'English Site' at the upper left hand side of the screen for English pages. Follow prompts to find the IPA Handbook and the IPA application. Please complete the application and send it as an e-mail attachment to: esl@ipa.edu.sa
