EFL Instructors needed for Jeddah and Taif, Saudi Arabia. SALTS; Saudi Logistics and Technical Support Co. invites applicants who currently reside in the U.S to apply to teach EFL to Saudi Military Cadets in Taif and Jeddah.

Benefits: SALTS offers a base salary of $43,000 a year, with current hardship premiums the annual pay is currently $52,000 tax free; private furnished housing with all utilities paid on a very secure western compound; 30 days annual leave; free medical/dental care; personal effects shipping allowance; cash in lieu travel allowances at 6 and 12 months; continued service and final service award pay; relocation ticketing to and from assignment; transportation to and from work.

Housing in Taif consists of a large, fully-furnished three bedroom, two-and-a- half bath villa. The house has a spacious living room, dining room, and complete outfitted kitchen. Dishwasher is included. There is wall-to-wall carpeting with curtains, AC/heating, cable tv, internet and telecommunication facilities. There is a washer, dryer, vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron, etc. Each villa has a patio and large front or back yard.

Housing in Jeddah is a completly furnished one bedroom apartment. Duties: Instructors are on site from 7:00 to 2:30 five days a week, prepare lessons and teach an average of 5-6 contact periods per day and assist in curriculum development and testing.

Required Qualifications: B.A. in English, TESOL, Applied Lingusitics or Modern Languages and four years of formal teaching experience. Those candidates with an M.A. in one of the above disciplines need only have one year of formal teaching experience.
