Director Of Studies (EFL) Needed For Immediate Start in Kuwait

An exciting opportunity exists for a suitably qualified individual to lead our successful team in delivery of the training objectives agreed with our clients, one of the major oil companies in the region. The successful applicant will be expected to continue to enhance the service we provide, and to develop further the existing strong relationship between the company and our client.

Essential

* Masters in Applied Linguistics or TEFL
* 10 years teaching Experience of which 4 years teaching ESP
* 4 Years in a supervisory/ management role
* Experience in conducting needs analysis for ESP purposes
* Ability to provide clients with advice on EFL training best practice
* Natural team leader and player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate across cultures.

Desirable

* Established links with international examination boards and universities
* Experience of on-line learning & computer aided testing
* Ability to deliver high quality presentations
* Experience in writing training proposals
* Middle East experience ñ preferably in the GCC region.
* Experience and/or knowledge of the National Language Standards
