ELS Language Centers / Oman has openings for the following posts in 2004-2005
General English Instructors - For our Sohar Branch.
ELS Language Centers has immediate openings for applicants that:
* Are Native speakers of English from U.S.A., Canada, or U.K
* Hold a Bachelors Degree (preferably an English major).
* Have a certificate in Teaching English as A Second Language (CELTA, TESOL, TEFL.Etc)
* Have 2-3 years experience in TEFL or TESL
* Are mature, responsible and possess cross cultural sensitivities and skills.
Weekly assignments include 24 classroom hours per week with 6 additional administrative hours. After completing 24 hours, teachers are qualified to receive overtime pay.
Benefits/ Salary Package will be given as listed below:
* Tax free monthly package totaling 700 Omani Riyals equivalent to (about 1,818 U.S. Dollars) equivalent to 21,816 USD annually.
* Furnished Accommodation (including bedroom, living room, kitchen and bath)
* Basic Medical Insurance
* Economy Air ticket to Oman
* Airline ticket Oman- home country- Oman for each contractual year, or the cash equivalent of 75% of its discounted price, if opted not to utilize the ticket.
* Four weeks paid vacation at the end of each year.
