I bought a black 1999(S)GR in May for £7,500. It now has 50,000 miles on the clock, is that about the right value? It has had two other owners since March 1999. The lady I bought it from was told when she bought it that it was kilometers on the clock not miles - presumably when the car comes into the country it is changed to miles, is that right? I also have a problem with what seems to be a wobbly exhaust when I turn left! It's nothing mechanical cos I had it checked at the service and Lex said that it had come out of the cradle. It was fine for a couple of days and then it started again. Can anything be done about this? I ave e-mailed James about garages in my area (Camberley/Guildford)re fitting a middle bit to the exhaust but the wobble is oemthing different. Also, any tips for a slightly rattly window!

I think the noisy window is a common problem with FTO's the only solution I have found is to open and close it once the door is closed and it seems to seal again.
