Any ideas on quieting noisy tappets especially during a cold start........It’s driving me nuts!

My car has the same problem - once warm it's not a problem.

I also have the same problem with noisy tappets on a cold start, apparently it is due to them being hydrolic, I was told an oil filter change would solve it, but it didnt?!
