gy don't know who this new lincs geezer is, i'm old school , and old l.t.e and was there in the eighties when we played you twice at home and away yeah you did have a bloody good firm at home and brought quite a few away as well, 87 or 88 when about twenty of us and we where all biggish, had to hold of about three times about as many as you lot , but fuck me is was one hell of a battle, the next year when you where in lincoln i went for a drink with one of your top lads then greggsy (andy) it was the day he got smacked by our top lad for taking the piss, i was inside with him in parva along with a couple of others, bri y, and gold tooth elsey,all good lads and part of a fairly game firm then. mt point is grimsby used to be a decent firm but it will never be like it was in the 80's unless like lincoln avery one of the lads that where there in the 80's come out again, there is a gy lad that i speak to now and then and he told me himself that thier firm is nothing like that of older times, i agree the lte lad who calls himself new , is obviously new to the scene and talkjs some shit , along with yer self like as lincoln never got done by gy once in the 80's . lincs always came out on top, well they never got run at yours even when your numbers where some times more.

Always rated you better than Hull, and can remember 88/89 well. Fact is you as a 'club' went on to the bigger leagues, wheras we did fuck all.......hence a lot of older lads lost interest.
