I noticed you guys took down posts with the words stupid, dumb, co*k, and di*k in them. The guy with the fake name got mad because of this. Please do the league a favor and get rid of these gutless players.

I profile people for a living and I can tell you you're dealing with 2 maybe 3 guys in their mid thirtys that live in their moms basement can't afford rent have lousy jobs and pee their pants when they talk to girls.

Anyone that hides behind a keyboard is a coward. If you real men just call the guys up and tell them you issues, not personal just with the league.

Dear Ms/Mr Anderson,phd. - First I want to say that I could be addressing the issue originally posted alot quicker if I didn't have to monitor this post and delete posts based on whatever criteria I set forth. Second, John Deeb who (or is it whom? I always stumble on this one, I only have an Associates Degree) created the post that was the first to be deleted was called right after I deleted it. I got his voice mail and was unable to speak with him and went back to addressing field issues and reschedules. The next day I discussed the matter with him directly and after a short conversation he explained his concerns and fruastration. I clarified a few things explaining how the situation was handled by the league and we ended the conversation with a better understanding of each others perspective and resolved the issue. In that time, numerous posts were made and deleted by Frank and now two days later we are addressing your continued efforts to waste more of my time that could be used updating scores, helping with fields, answering other complaints or posting reschedules. Is this helping in any way? I have no problem handling anyones concerns or problems. I get hundreds of calls, emails or posts through out the season with concerns, complaints or suggestions. Each one is answered and dealt with and resolved to the best of my ability, no matter who (whom?) it is. Ask around and I am sure the majority of those people are happy with the outcome or my understanding in addressing there issues. Some may not be happy, which is going to happen, but even the majority of those people would say that I listened and at least heard there complaint and explained why any decision was made. So, I know you are probably as busy as I am, seeing that you are an adult, with a distinguished education, house, family and significant other - can you please contact me if you need anything addressed, or want to resolve this issue. It is alot more productive and efficent way to handle this situation. Seeing that we are both adults, myself in my late 30's I want to work at putting some closure to this issue and any others you may have. I would like you to understand that this is a private league and the whole tone of your posts makes me feel as if you feel I am in a public appointed postion? This is not the case, you have options to join other leagues if this one is not operated th way you see fit or giving you what you think you deserve. I am not saying this to be sarcastic, or with an iron fist as described in some of these post, but as a matter of fact. I truly want to resolve your issues or at least address them and help you understand our position and hear yours. I also hope to handle it in a manor that will keep your business, if not I will understand. But if you are this unhappy I would much rather loose your business than to have you continue in the league as unhappy as you seem to be with it. Let me know if I can help and good luck to you , no matter what transpires from this. Mike, I can only speak for myself, but thank you for your post, it for the first time helped me understand some issues and If I have a problem I will contact you directly as that seems to be the best way.

However, I would ask the following in this public forum:
1. Why did you not delete the posts by Larry Smith (real name?) and Scott-Hitsmen. They didn't meet any criteria either and gave names as reliable as the other person who you erased.
2. You have to admit that frequently you respond to these kinda of posts with a very demeaning comment, sometimes one that has nothing to do with the issue being asked/presented. I am sure you are just sick of wasting your time in this forum when said person could have emailed you directly but still its uncalled for and I would appreciate it not happening anymore. Maybe if other people stopped posting obnoxious comments, Mike would stop making obnoxious responses, this isn't his fault some people in the league are *jerks*, but Mike we would appreciate you not demoralizing our thoughts and ideas sometimes, you do know more than us about every issue, but there is no one in this world who is perfect so sometimes criticism is warranted without being slandered in response.

Lastly, to Scott-Hitmen...wow you are AWESOME! You must be really good at softball to play in Mens B-2, anyone who plays coed must be worse than you. I hope you are happy with yourself. I think I was able to make my point to Scott without calling him names or making threats I just let him know how cool and tough of a person he is. I think I fit all the criteria for an email, I expect it to be deleted along with this entire chain. Mike if you take umbrage with anything I said please let me know and I will contact you directly, but this message was aimed at you, Scott and the rest of the league, not just you yourself or I would've only written it to you.
