Field of Dreams games have been cancelled, postponed, or moved elsewhere every day over the last week. There were several games that had to be rescheduled over the summer because the field cannot handle New York weather conditions. Why does the league continue to use the field when the vast majority of games get cancelled and rescheduled? It seems like a hassle for the league commissioners, coaches, and players to have to constantly deal with FOD scheduling issues. Is having a nice looking field on the books really worth all the hassle this field causes to the schedule?
