Wow. I didn't have Sky in the early '90s and I never knew that they showed "Hunter". I knew they had "Wiseguy" (Thursdays) and "Stingray" (Sundays") but this is the first time I heard that they had "Hunter".
Did it have a prime-time slot? What night? (Just curious).

I remember that when "Overnight Sensation" was shown it was badly edited. The entire car chase that opens the episode was removed and the episode didn't make much sense. I was SO ANNOYED.

I wrote to my local ITV station (Ulster) and then to the distributor to vent my considerable rage, but - although I got replies - neither of them said they made the cut. About three years later, it showed up again in another late-night slot and I was able to get the full version on tape.
I love that third season, but I remember being terrified every week that the episode I was about to see would be cut to ribbons. As far as I know, though. None of them were edited.
Well, they made sense to me
