Sorry about the confusion.
On the 22nd, KatieG kindly offered to make tapes for me.
On the 23rd, round 1am, before I saw or replied to, KatieG's offer, you read her post and assumed that I didn't want you to make any more tapes. But you had read her post before I did. Is that what is confusing things? You saw what she wrote before I even answered her. I didn't ask anyone at all to make tapes for me. I swear. In fact, when you were typing your message, I didn't know what KatieG was willing to make tapes for me. It was news to me, since I hadn't even read her offer, and didn't know anything at all about it previous to that. KatieG just made an offer, that's all. I'm sure no offence was meant. She just didn't know, I suppose, that I had asked you to make tapes for me, way back when I first found the board. I didn't ask her to make the offer. And I didn't know anything about it. Honest.
About 15 hours after your post, round 4:30 p.m. on the 23rd, I read KatieG's offer for the first time. I responsed to her, to KatieG, by saying "no thanks." And at the same time, I responsed to you in a different post under your message by saying "yes please, can we continue with our arrangement."
The "no thanks" was meant for KatieG, and the "yes please" was meant for you. I should have addressed each person by name. It never even occurred to me to do that because the replies show up underneath the post they are an answer to. Sorry. I'll add names in future, when needed.
I hope this makes things a bit cleared. Sorry for the confusion.
