I remember that line about picking locks. Charlie had just called Hunter and McCall to come into his office and Hunter says to McCall "If you've been picking locks again, I'm gonna give you a spanking." That's when McCall says she's been picking locks all week. She wants that spanking sooooo badly.
As for the name of the ep. I'm not so sure. You mentioned a bank scene, which reminds me of "Sudden Withdrawl" where a woman (I think in charge of bank robberies) winds up taking all of the stolen money and leaving town. I don't remember if they're the same episodes or not.
