That would make a great fanfic (and I never read fanfic, for anything. But that would be cool).
I can see David hitting on McCall.
And I can see Hunter really getting really annoyed with David - at some stage - and having to pin him against a wall, by his shirt-collar, while David wisecracks all the while.
David would probably pester Hunter over and over to find out whether he wants to 'do' McCall. Hunter would probably suffer all this in silence.
Also, can you imagine any combination of those four characters sitting in a car on a stake-out?!
