Okay. I finally got around to watching most of it, and I saw that TVLand aired the longer scene of McCall talking about getting the singing job.

After the 'caught you in the tub, again' scene..
She's standing behind the little bar in Rick's motel room in her towel, and after she tells him she got the job,...Rick asks if they wanted to know how she found out about the job... she explains that Woody Zoller told her about it and since he owes her, he'll be ready if they call....she said she might even sing some of her own songs. Rick is surprised and asked if she really wrote her own songs...explains in her spare time...writes, and also bakes cakes. Rick asked about any other secrets...Dee Dee tells him she keeps them secrets by not telling anyone about them...he "chokes" on his water..spills on his shirt...she calls him sloppy...he asks for her towel..she smiles and turns away and sips her drink...cut to club scene where she sings what may be one of her real songs. I don't recall hearing it before. Probably because I've don't remember seeing this version of the episode either.
What was she saying..."You complete me"? It kinda had the same tune as
You Send Me . Her stage time seemed to be shorter than in the other version too. Her second and third songs... I don't know.

And I couldn't really tell in either one if she really seemed to be singing to Rick or not at some point. The camera angles were all crazy, ya know? But maybe it looked like they were looking at each other while she sang
